DO YOU DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN BLONDES?

While I specialize in blondes, my chair is for everyone. I also work with brunettes, dimensional colors, gray blending, and lived-in transformations of all kinds. If you’re not blonde (or not blonde yet), you’re still welcome here.

I’m detail-obsessed and always growing in my craft. Your dream result matters just as much to me as it does to you. I take the time to understand your lifestyle and goals so your hair feels personalized, consistent, and true to you — with honest guidance and no surprises.

REFUND
POLICY

No refunds will be granted on any services rendered. 
If the client is unhappy with their service(s) the client is entitled to one (1) redo of the same service within seven (7) days of the original service completion date. 
If the client does not reach out to Victoria Ader Hair within the seven (7) day grace period, or if the client chooses to go elsewhere instead, the client forfeits the right to the courtesy redo and no refund will be provided. 
No exceptions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled.
If the client (you) cancels their appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment.
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, with no warning,  you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given or exceptions made.
